RETURNS POLICY

Returns:

We use quality packing material to avoid damages during shipping. However, if there is a damage caused on transit, we shall refund you or send new product as per your choice.

In case of damage claims, it will be required to provide proper proof for the damage through email to care.agarafoods@gmail.com. Agara Foods Team will verify it and start the refunds or ship replacement product.


Cancellation:

Any orders placed on www.agarafoods.in can be cancelled within 3 hours from the time of placing the order. Refund requests can be sent through the 'Contact us' form in 'About Us' page.
