Ingredients:

 

Black Pepper, Cumin, Red Chilli (dried), Bengal Gram, Coriander, Garlic, Turmeric, Asafoetida

​

Recipe:

 

1. Slightly fry a little (as per required servings) of Agara Rasam powder with edible oil in a tava. 
2. Add sliced tomatoes, tamarind pulp and salt. 
3. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

 

Storage Directions:

 

Store it in an air tight container, away from direct sunlight. Use only dry spoons.
